Limited Drop Policy
WLWBRANDCO operates on a limited-drop model. Because each drop is produced in small batches, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders.

Please double check your order details (style, color, address) before completing checkout.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, email us at support@wlwbrandco.com within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:
• Item must be unworn
• Issue must be a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error

Approved cases will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Shipping Address Errors
WLWBRANDCO is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
