1. What makes WLWBRANDCO different?
Our products are designed for women loving women who prefer subtle, meaningful ways to express identity. Every piece is crafted in small batches, ensuring quality, intentionality, and a premium feel.
2. Do you restock items once they sell out?
Usually no. Each drop is limited and may not return. When an item sells out, it’s gone unless a future collection revisits the colorway.
3. What is your return policy?
Because we operate in limited drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives defective.
4. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if:
• Your item arrived defective, or
• You received the wrong item
If this occurs, email support@wlwbrandco.com within 7 days.
5. When will my order ship?
Processing takes 1–2 business days.
Shipping takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
6. My package says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.
Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
Please allow 24 hours and check with neighbors or your leasing office.
WLWBRANDCO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will help where possible.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because orders process quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once placed.
Double check your address, colorway, and quantity before checkout.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, WLWBRANDCO ships within the United States.
International shipping may be added as we scale.

Yes, our hats feature an adjustable strap to fit most head sizes comfortably.
